Cancellation of Course Booking

1.   We offer a 10 day cooling off period, from receipt of payment.

2.   More than 16 weeks prior to the course will incur 25% of full course fee.

3.   Between 6 and 16 weeks prior to course will incur 50% of full course fee.

4.   Less than 6 weeks prior to course will incur 100% of full course fee.

5.   In the event of the course being cancelled by NSTT, a full refund of your course fee will be made. 

      Please note that we are unable to cover any other expenditure you may have incurred (eg travel arrangements, textbook purchases).

 

Deferment (Once Only)

1.   Deferment within 10 days of receipt of payment for the course, incurs no fee.

2.   More than 16 weeks prior to course will incur 10% of full course fee.

3.   Between 6 and 16 weeks prior to course will incur 25% of full course fee.

4.   Less than 6 weeks prior to course will incur 50% of full course fee.

5.   In the event of the course being deferred by NSTT, a refund or an alternative date for the course will be offered. 

 

Non Attendance

1.   Deferment - requires an additional 75% of full course fee to guarantee transfer to a future course.

2.   Cancellation - incurs 100% of full course fee to cover venue and delegate costs.

 

Non Attendance After Module 1

No Refunds will apply.

Special Needs and Dietary Requirements

1. Please ensure you tell us about any special needs or dietary requirements at the time of booking. 

2. Whilst NSTT will make every effort to accommodate your special needs requirements, we cannot guarantee that the course venue will be able to provide suitable adaptations for all eventualities.

3. In the event that we are informed of your special dietary needs at the time of booking, and are unable to meet your requirements we will inform you at the first available opportunity, and if suitable provision cannot be made, we will offer you a £10 per day allocation to allow you to make your own arrangements.

4. Where food and drink are supplied on our behalf by the course venue we will undertake to accurately communicate all information supplied to us by course attendees, regarding dietary requirements, to the venue. However, NSTT cannot be held responsible for any information that was supplied inaccurately, or for any inaccuracies on behalf of the venue. If you have any concerns about any of the food or drinks available on the day please raise them with the venue team.
