How to Improve Sleep

This workshop explores healthy sleep rhythms, the things that interfere with those rhythms, and how to reboot a person's sleep habits when they're already out of kilter. It also looks at the basics of sleep physiology, and how mindset can be the deciding factor between sleepless and a restful night, giving you both relaxation and hypnotic techniques suitable for use with clients or for yourself.
Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is open to everyone, there's no need for any previous training or experience as full support will be given on the day. It's ideal for qualified therapists who want to work with clients experiencing difficulties with sleep, as well as anyone who is having trouble sleeping themselves and wants to take control back.


The day begins at 9.30am and finishes at 4.30pm.
You will receive a comprehensive course manual (electronically for online dates), and tea/coffee and biscuits etc. are provided for in person settings.
