This workshop will help you to really get to grips with self hypnosis, mindfulness and meditation; learn useful techniques to help navigate a variety of life's challenges (for yourself as well as your therapy or coaching clients); discover the power of your own inner resources and how to access them; and explore how our creativity can help transform our reality.
Who is this course for?
This workshop is open to everyone, there's no need for any previous training or experience, as full support will be given on the day. It's ideal for people who want to start to use self hypnosis or meditation in their own well being, or for qualified therapists and coaches who want to learn new techniques for working with clients.
The day begins at 9.30am and finishes at 4.30pm.
