The Nottingham School of Talking Therapies (NSTT) one day workshops are of the highest standard, delivered with our unique combination of professionalism in a relaxed environment. Please note that workshops alone are not a route to an Accredited Register, nor do they fully equip a participant to practice as a qualified practitioner or refer to themselves as ‘a specialist’ in the subject matter, unless they have other qualifications to support this.

Cancellation of Booking

1. We offer a 7 day cooling off period, from receipt of payment.

2. To cancel your booking and receive a full refund (minus a £25 administration fee) please put your request in writing, to be received by NSTT within the 7 day cooling off period.

3. Bookings cancelled up to and including 7 days before the workshop date will incur a 75% fee.

4. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice before the workshop date are non-refundable.

5. In the event of the workshop being cancelled by NSTT, a full refund of your booking fee will be made. Please note that we are unable to cover any other expenditure you may have incurred (travel costs etc.).

Special Needs and Dietary Requirements

1. Please ensure you tell us about any special needs or dietary requirements at the time of booking. 

2. Whilst NSTT will make every effort to accommodate your special needs requirements, we cannot guarantee that the course venue will be able to provide suitable adaptations for all eventualities.

3. In the event that we are informed of your special needs at the time of booking, and are unable to meet your requirements we will inform you at the first available opportunity, and offer you a full refund if no suitable provision can be made.

4. In the event that we were not informed about your needs at the time of booking, and where no suitable provision can be made, our usual cancellation policy will apply.
