Promoting Wellbeing and Avoiding Burnout

This workshop will help you to explore how the mind-body connection effects our overall sense of wellbeing, and how you can use a better understanding of this powerful dynamic to improve your (and your client's) experience of everyday life.

We will look at the part our mindset plays on stress, anxiety and depression, and how we can change our outlook, even if we can't change our circumstances.

By exploring what wellbeing means for you, and combining your newfound knowledge in conjunction with useful mindfulness and breathing techniques, you can effectively avoid burnout and take back control of your life and your emotions.
